POOR CIRCULATION = Sickness, Disease, a miserable life, or death.


If your Cardiovascular system is blocked, it is not capable of full nourishing, hydrating, medicating, oxygenating your body.   It also cannot support your hormones or immune system through your BLOOD.   Remember, your BLOOD is supposed to be 90% WATER.      


You can drink 4 gallons of water a day but, it is ineffective if your cardiovascular system is blocked.


Get moving!  Don't sit more than 2 hours in a day!    Drink 1/2 your body weight in water.
